How to Apply

The Colorado Health Foundation accepts grant applications four times per year — January 15, April 15, July 15 and October 15. Proposals must be received by 5:00 p.m. on the deadline date. When these dates fall on a holiday or weekend, the deadline will be the next business day.  You may submit an application at any time and it will be reviewed at the next grant cycle.

• Contact a program officer if you want to discuss your project before beginning the online application process
• Begin your online application 

The Foundation prefers to receive electronic grant applications through our Web site.  The online grant application form will walk you through the submission process in detail. If you cannot complete an online application, please contact our director of grants management at (303) 953-3672 or grants@CoApply OnlineloradoHealth.org to make arrangements for an alternative submission.
