How to Apply

Please refer to our grant application deadlines for current Funding Strategies within our community outcome areas of Healthy Living, Health Care and Health Coverage. Proposals must be received by 5 p.m. on the deadline date. When these dates fall on a holiday or weekend, the deadline will be the next business day. You may submit an application at any time and it will be reviewed at the next grant cycle.

• Review our community outcomes and Measurable Results to see how your project aligns with the Foundation's grantmaking
• Contact a program officer if you want to discuss your project before beginning the online application process
• Begin your online application

The Foundation prefers to receive electronic grant applications through our website. Using a series of prompts, the online grant application form will guide you through the submission process in detail.

If you cannot complete an online application, please contact our director of grants management at 303.953.3672 to make arrangements for an alternative submission.
