Community Teams:
In an effort to maximize and capture the full purpose of this conference, we encouraged participants to register for the conference as part of a community team with a member from at least four of the following sectors: nonprofit, public/government, business, health care, provider/hospital and public health.

Day two of the conference was structured to help each team identify next steps and develop a letter of intent to the Colorado Health Foundation for funding.
