Making a Measurable Difference

Two years ago, the Board of Directors of The Colorado Health Foundation adopted a vision that Colorado would be the healthiest state in the nation. With the help of our partners—grantees large and small, from across Colorado—we’ve begun the hard work of making that vision a reality.
