With the help of our partners—grantees large and small, from across Colorado—we will achieve our vision of making Colorado the healthiest state in the nation. It is a complex task, which is why we can't do it alone.

To help guide us in this endeavor we have organized our work around three very specific areas:

In addition, we will regularly take stock of our progress through a defined set of Measurable Results.
