Online Grant Application

The Colorado Health Foundation is pleased to offer another method for applicants to submit proposals for grants. The new online grant application system will allow applicants to use the Internet to submit a grant application for review. The Foundation will continue to accept grant applications that are submitted on paper.

Before submitting an application online, please review our Grant Guidelines and Frequently Asked Questions.

To assist with the online grant application process, we recommend that applicants type answers to the proposal questions into a word-processing document, then copy and paste entries into the appropriate section online. This will speed the online application process.
