Enable Boomers Leading Change in Health to enhance its community outreach, education, and engagement activities in order to recruit, train, and deploy more volunteers, help more host sites increase their capacity to meet community needs, and help more medically-underserved individuals and families gain access to vital healthcare resources, including adequate health coverage, integrated care, and chronic disease self-management programs.
