Gearing Up For Scratch Cooking

Purchasing equipment necessary to provide scratch-cooked school meals to the district. This will expand an ongoing initiative to improve the quality of food available to children at school, providing fresh, well-balanced meals and emphasizing Colorado-grown and produced foods, and natural or organic grains, fruits, vegetables, dairy and meats.
