Project Description

A 5 year, $1,000,000 PRI (projected 2% annual return) for the City and County of Denver's Supportive Housing "Pay for Success (PFS)" Initiative -- a $8.6 million financing structure to build new (160) or supplement existing (90) affordable housing units with intensive wrap-around health services for over 250 citizens who are chronically homeless, "super" public services utilizers in Denver.
