Applicant Information Sessions
As a statewide foundation dedicated to improving the health of
all Coloradans, the staff of The Colorado Health Foundation is
hosting a series of Applicant Information Sessions around the state.
Health-related nonprofits are invited to come learn about the Foundation’s
grantmaking program and to meet and talk with members of our staff.
In conjunction with our 2008 Applicant Information Sessions, we
will offer a special afternoon session for attendees to learn about
program evaluation. Presented by the Community Resource Center,
the session will cover best practices in developing systems to
measure a program’s impact, including the development of
program goals, determining outcomes and assessing various program
evaluation tools.
