The Colorado Health Foundation’s mission centers on creating healthy and inclusive communities across Colorado. Our communities are home to Coloradans who all deserve to have health in reach, regardless of their national origin, immigration status or DACA status. Earlier this year, we signed a joint statement developed by Grantmakers Concerned with Immigrants and Refugees that confirms our commitment to “defending policies that reflect our nation’s founding principles, promote cohesion and inclusion, instill hope and show compassion.” Keeping families together - and healthy – is key to making communities stronger, safer and more prosperous. Today, we reaffirm this commitment to stand with the Dreamers and the immigrant and refugee communities at large.
