DENVER, CO – This afternoon, Connect for Health Colorado CEO Patty Fontneau announced she is leaving the Colorado state marketplace to pursue a new career opportunity. Anne Warhover, president and CEO of the Colorado Health Foundation made the following statement:

“As Patty Fontneau transitions from her role as CEO of Connect for Health Colorado to a new opportunity, Colorado’s health insurance marketplace is losing a founding leader. She leaves behind a successful marketplace and staff,” said Anne Warhover, president and CEO of the Colorado Health Foundation. “The success of Connect for Health Colorado is critical to enrolling as many Coloradans as possible in health coverage, a key goal of the Colorado Health Foundation. To date, the Marketplace enrolled more than 140,000 Coloradans in private insurance and helped nearly 100,000 gain access to new tax credits that have made health coverage a reality. We look forward to our next successful open enrollment period.”
