2007 Community Report
 The
Colorado Health Foundation is proud to release its Community Report
for 2007. We take seriously our role as a steward of the community’s
resources. As this report documents, we invest the assets entrusted
to us to improve health and health care in Colorado. This report
along with the summer issue of Health
Elevations serves as an introduction to the “Commitment to Results” – our
promise to the people of Colorado to work with our partners and
use our resources to make Colorado the healthiest state in the
nation.
