Quarterly Journal: Health Elevations
 We are pleased to share with you our new publication, Health
Elevations, a quarterly journal of The Colorado Health Foundation.
We created this publication because we recognize that it is critical
that we communicate with our partners, peers and colleagues about
the ways we are using our assets to improve health and health
care in the state. This journal is an important tool in our communications
efforts.
Health Elevations reports on the major health issues
in Colorado. Each issue features a series of stories about individuals
and organizations that are making Coloradans healthier. “What’s
Working” highlights both the successes and the lessons learned
from the work of our non-profit partners. In addition, we include
interviews with national and local experts on major health issues
impacting Colorado.
