The Colorado Health Foundation produces a variety of publications, including The Colorado Health Report Card, an annual evaluation of both the health of Coloradans and our progress toward achieving our commitment to make Colorado the healthiest state in the nation.
Four times a year we publish Health Elevations. Each issue is devoted to a single topic in the area of Healthy Living, Health Coverage and/or Health Care and features stories about the work of our nonprofit partners.
