THE NEW HEALTH POLICY LANDSCAPE: As dismal financial news continues to roll in, some say that meaningful changes to our health care system will have to wait until the economy improves. But in reality, the recession is actually adding urgency to the new administration’s plans for comprehensive health care reform with the stimulus bills and the proposed 2010 budget including billions in new health care spending.

The 2009 Colorado Health Symposium will offered a real-time look at the proposals to fix health care, providing a variety of perspectives on the major themes of these current efforts.
