Patient Portal Access Project

Increase meaningful access to the clinic's patient portal system, increasing patient and family engagement in health. The program will build clinic staff and physician buy-in and feedback into its continuous improvement to create long-lasting change in their comfort and utilization of portal technology. Results from the program will inform SCL Health's future use of portal technology in three Denver clinics and up to three regional hospitals.
