Building Supportive Environments and Resiliency with Youth in Rural SW Colorado

Build resiliency for youth in La Plata County through collaborative services that include a social emotional learning group for gender non-binary youth and two mentoring programs ~ one designed specifically for LGBTQ+ youth, and the other for youth struggling with barriers to school attendance, currently involved or at-risk of involvement in the juvenile justice system, experiencing challenging home environments, and/or experiencing significant mental health challenges.
