Project Description
Engage low-income children and teens in regular and engaging physical activities in a healthy environment during our Game Plan for Success Youth Programs (two after-school programs and summer club) in rural Colorado. Participants between the ages of 5 and 14 will engage in at least 90 minutes of structured, teacher-led CATCH Kids Club activities twice a week, with at least 50% of the activity being moderate-to-vigorous physical activity.
