Project Description
Facilitate a community network to support Park Hill families who are most vulnerable during COVID-19 recovery. Working with partner organizations, CHIC will mentor and connect family caretakers to facilitate children?s in-home development, provide direct and referral services for family mental health, and connect community caretakers to offer community-based programming for children. The network will support social emotional wellbeing and enable positive learning and development.
