Improve health outcomes by increasing Latinx representation by advancing equitable and culturally-relevant community leadership models, and working with the Latinx community to co-design a community organizing infrastructure. Building the power, voice and leadership of people of color across is critical to changing the structural systems and policies that perpetuate inequities and create the conditions for poor health.
