Help adults experiencing mental and emotional distress find hope in the context of their faith through Overcome, a non-denominational, nine-week program. The program is led by a team of peers alongside clinically trained professionals and has three parts: 1) Employing tangible tools and skills, 2) Articulating one?s personal story, and 3) Valuing one?s identity.
