Project Description
Grow and professionalize peer support programming and social support for LGBTQ+ youth and their families and allies in the Pikes Peak Region and Southern Colorado. This will be accomplished by hiring 6 new peer support positions, developing and integrating online peer support programming through DISCORD, and professionalizing all staff roles in evidence-based design and delivery of peer support that is culturally competent and impactful for LGBTQ+ youth health.
