Peer Support Specialist Program

Hire two full time Peer Support Specialists to complement and collaborate with participants and all organizational programs. This program will help further formalize the peer support work currently underway at Empowerment, enhancing Empowerment?s ability to provide behavioral health and supportive services that lead to decreased rates of recidivism, homelessness, unemployment, and emergency department utilization.
