Project Description
Work to alleviate the impact inequities have on El Paso County residents resulting from low socioeconomic status, geographic location (lack of access to treatment, inadequate transportation), race/ethnicity (inequities resulting from cultural differences, language barriers) and being LGBTQ. The approach to addressing these inequities is rooted in peer-support and based on the four dimensions of recovery as defined by SAMHSA.
