Construct a 2.75 mile pathway to serve the isolated rural community of Crestone, CO, which currently lacks safe, non-motorized connectivity. This is a collaborative effort to improve overall community health through enabling and encouraging students and residents to walk or bike to the Crestone Charter School and the Town of Crestone from the adjoining Baca Grande Subdivision.
