Project Description
Secure funding for a three-year bilingual and bicultural Latinx Spanish-language initiative that will identify local Friends, Family, and Neighbor (FFN) caregivers in Larimer and Weld Counties, and will provide them with capacity including opportunities, reflective consultation and supervision, monthly home visits, support materials to care for their young wards, and opportunities to become peer mentors and trainers as they move through a well crafted three-year process.
