Activating Places and Spaces Together in Low Income Housing Communities

Mobilize residents in four low-income neighborhoods to work together on a strategic plan to actively engage people in their communities in outdoor programs and events. Leadership Advisory Councils will be facilitated in each community to gather information from residents about activities that are of interest to them as well as the challenges and barriers they face to participating in those activities.
