Project Description
Utilize peer specialist services, an alumni engagement activity program, ongoing peer supported case management, online support groups and recovery education to support individuals in early sobriety. This program will work to build fellowship, support individuals through peer engagement and build a healthier lifestyle that supports longterm addiction recovery, improved mental health and self-sufficiency.
