Building Health through Food Equity in the Pine River Valley

Pine River Shares (PRS) seeks to build positive health by responding to rising food insecurity in the Pine River Valley (PRV) of rural La Plata county, Colorado. We seek to build capacity to ensure critical food supports are available by partnering with vulnerable residents, constituents, and stakeholders to identify and remove barriers to food access, stabilize PRS critical food support programs, ensure improved quality and quantity of healthy food available.
