EarthLinks' Workshop Peer Support Specialist

Expand existing supportive services model within the social enterprise Workshop Program to include Peer Support services to engage all program participants with overcoming trauma and promoting recovery as part of the ongoing Trauma-Informed Care initiative. Strength-based peer mentorship will be concurrently delivered with existing Housing First resource navigation, to ensure that the holistic and individualized care offered is meeting basic needs and addressing recovery.
