Project Description
Address key health inequities among communities of color, LGBTQ residents and individuals living with HIV in Arapahoe and El Paso Counties through a coordinated network of recovery services. Embark will deliver peer-based recovery services through one-on-one coaching, telephone and text support, recovery groups, 12-step meetings, networking opportunities and social activities to address critical social determinants of health.
