Expand the successful CLLARO Capitol Fellows Leadership Development Program in two ways: (1) begin recruiting and training first generation students from colleges and universities outside the Denver-Boulder metropolitan area, and (b) expand training curriculum content on health and related policy issues affecting low-income Latino communities in Colorado.
