Project Description
Increase ease and efficiency in the system in order to achieve food security. The project would further leverage federal funds we are receiving for Supplemental Nutritional Assistance Program Outreach and Enrollment in partnership with Hunger Free Colorado, thus allowing the Northwest Colorado Food Matters Stewardship Advisory Team to more holistically address food insecurity issues using the Colorado Blueprint for Ending Hunger.
