Project Description
Acquire and redevelop 3 to 5 properties on the East Colfax corridor between Colorado Boulevard and I-225. The Colorado Health Foundation (CHF) grant will support the community-engagement process through which ULC and partners will ensure that corridor redevelopment is inclusive, equitable, and enables low-income residents and businesses to thrive in their neighborhoods.
