Outpatient Therapeutic Community Case Management Program

This proposal supports a new Case Management (CM) program at the Outpatient Therapeutic Community (OTC) program at Addiction Research and Treatment Services. This CM program will seek to remove barriers to accessing recovery support resources and services in the communities in which high risk OTC clients live and work, reducing the risk of relapse and re-incarceration. Funding over a two-year time period will increase our capacity to implement, evaluate and sustain the program.
