Project Description
Mesa County Valley School District 51 will enter into the next phase of providing healthy meals to all students after having successfully implemented scratch cooking by adding salad bars in all school. The addition of salad bars will increase fruit and vegetable consumption, minimize waste, and improve MPLH (meals per labor hour).
