The Colorado Health Foundation accepts applications year-round for our two rolling funding opportunities. There is no deadline associated with these applications. They will be reviewed approximately 45 days after submission.
- Advocacy Rapid Response Funding
Advocacy Rapid Response Funding aims to fund short-term advocacy initiatives (3 – 9 months in length). These funds are intended to ensure Coloradans’ interests and priorities are front and center in shaping policy decisions that will have long-term impacts on creating health equity.
- Building and Bridging Connections Funding
Building and Bridging Connections funding aims to strengthen social capital and community-building efforts. These funds are intended to address health challenges and advance health equity.
