Project Description

Weld County School District RE-2 (Eaton Schools) has partnered with The North Colorado Health Alliance to apply for a Healthy Schools Planning and Implementation grant on their behalf. This isolated, rural district does not have the capacity for dedicated wellness staff and would greatly benefit from a .5FTE wellness coordinator, provided by NCHA, to coordinate their wellness efforts and write a comprehensive Health and Wellness Plan for the district.
