Provide two Colorado communities with a Technical Advisory Panel (TAP) to identify opportunities to improve physical activity through the built environment.

Continue to provide quality and affordable services throughout Colorado that build the capacity of nonprofit and community based organizations by developing core skills, strengthening management practices, strategies and systems to increase effectiveness.

Provide comprehensive fiscal sponsor services to emerging charitable groups, while helping to make Colorado's nonprofit sector more effective and efficient.
