Tracy Breckenridge

Senior Communications Manager

In her role as Senior Communications Manager, Tracy (she/her) is a true collaborator. She partners with those both inside and outside of the Foundation to streamline communication processes and strategies that foster efficiency in a way that supports the collective goal of bringing health — and health equity — in reach for all Coloradans. Tracy is known to bring smiles and laughs to any conference room she’s in, connecting with her colleagues’ sense of humor all while ensuring everyone is striving toward the Foundation’s mission.

Tracy brings more than 20 years of marketing and communications experience to the Foundation, as well as her lived experience as a Black woman born and raised in Colorado.

“Everyone, regardless of their background or circumstances, should have an equal opportunity to access resources that can lead to living a healthy life,” Tracy says. “It’s critical that we also address racial justice because it’s so closely tied to health equity. This work can transform the lives of communities and future generations to come. As a Black woman, I recognize that I have a responsibility to engage in efforts to support those with less power, privilege, and financial resources — particularly people of color.”

When Tracy isn’t analyzing and simplifying communications operations or playing a pivotal role in the execution of communication projects, she LOVES going to the gym and considers working out her main hobby. After getting her exercise in, Tracy may spend hours laughing at TikToks.
