Project Description
Longmont Department of Public Safety (LDPS) launched the Angel Initiative, which enables those suffering with substance use disorder to seek help through LDPS. Angel participants would greatly benefit from case management services not currently available to provide holistic resource support and navigation to address other needs, such as housing, medical care, mental health issues, education and employment.
