Basalt and Carbondale School-Based Health Centers

Purchase primary care and information technology equipment for four school-based health centers in Roaring Fork Schools to provide its proven team-based health care services to improve quality of care, lower total cost of care, and improve health outcomes. Students attending schools in these two communities will be able to access fully integrated medical, behavioral and dental health care services where they are, at school, regardless of ability to pay.
