Blueprint to End Hunger Planning Proposal

Investigate current needs, gaps, assets and opportunities to increase participation in and access to federal child nutrition programs in Colorado. The planning project will result in a needs assessment and implementation plan for Goal 5 of the Colorado Blueprint to End Hunger, while building capacity of the School Nutrition Unit to incorporate data, evaluation and process improvement into existing work.
