Project Description

Continue developing and refining the BMI Surveillance System, which currently aggregates data from multiple health care delivery systems in eight Colorado counties. The system allows stakeholders to identify geographic areas with high rates of obesity, and track changes in obesity over time. The system was developed in collaboration with multiple stakeholders in the public health, health care systems, and non-profit communities.
