Project Description
Build youth resiliency through hands-on, paid conservation work, and aim to break down barriers to program access, especially for local youth who identify as LGBTQIA2S+ and/or BIPOC. Provide an opportunity for youth to build relationships, gain self-awareness and leadership skills, problem solve and make mistakes, all in an inclusive environment where they are supported by peers, adult crew leaders, program staff and a mental health consultant.
