A Collective Impact Effort to Improve the Health and Lives of Low-Income Park Hill Residents

PHCI will act as the backbone, facilitator, and connector of a network of cross-sector partners working diligently to meet the needs of families in Park Hill. Through various forms of engagement (grass-tops to grass-roots) they interweave resident, stakeholder, youth, and community voice in driving impact to ensure every child, birth to career, is thriving collectively.
