Reduce health inequity caused by inadequate access to primary, oral and behavioral health care services in Colorado. The Colorado Health Service Corps creates an incentive for primary clinicians to practice in Health Professional Shortage Areas by reducing education loan debt in exchange for clinical service to low-income, publicly insured, uninsured and geographically isolated people.
