Project Description
Work with other local agencies to build a collaboration of partners to provide assistance to individuals and families who are eligible for Medicaid, CHP+ or who are qualified for a tax credit for private insurance. Advocates will also provide training, where appropriate, to the employees of the partners to help ensure sustainability and do outreach in the community.
