Community Builders: Supporting Equitable Health for Colorado

Create a three-year, community-based, capacity-building program for small Colorado nonprofits that are BIPOC-led and -serving, and/or working in rural communities. The program will be co-designed with participants, incorporating customized consulting, convenings and capital deployment, and engaging partner capacity-builders who are deeply rooted in community, with the overarching goal of creating more adaptable organizations to carry on the important work of advancing health equity in Colorado.
