Continue and expand the DUHOP by providing scholarships and stipends, training in cultural responsiveness and emerging health issues, job shadowing and mentoring, and proactive advising to undocumented undergraduate students from disadvantaged backgrounds interested in healthcare careers, to prepare them to successfully transition from classroom to workforce.
